We’re pleased to share the results of the 2025 NHS Patient Survey Review for practices within the NeoHealth Primary Care Network (PCN) — and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive.
90% of patients said they knew the next steps after contacting their GP practice, showing that communication around patient care and follow-up is clear and effective.
93% reported having confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw at their last appointment — a strong indicator of the quality and professionalism of our clinical teams.
76% found it easy to contact the GP practice by phone, an improvement we’ve been working hard on through increased staffing and better call handling systems.
82% rated their overall experience of contacting the practice as good.
And importantly, 82% of patients described their overall experience at the GP practice as very good.
