Our Online Services

You can now access many of our services online at a time that suits you without needing to call the practice.

Our online options include:

AiLeen – our Digital AI Receptionist on WhatsApp and via our website.
NHS App – for appointments, repeat prescriptions and your medical record
Accurx online forms – for medical and administrative requests.

These tools are designed to complement, rather than replace our reception and clinical teams.

If you are unable to use our online services, you may request a one-to-one digital platform walk through session with Deena, our Digital Marketing Apprentice. Alternatively, AiLeen can provide you with step-by-step guidance on how to navigate each of our online platforms.

AiLeen is our surgery’s Digital AI receptionist. She is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and on our website homepage to help you with any routine and general health queries.

What AiLeen can assist with:

Routine administrative queries, for example:

Checking how to update your contact details
Asking about fit notes (sick notes)
Queries about registration or change of address forms
Questions about the test results process

General health queries, such as:

Where to find reliable self-care and NHS advice
Who you should see for a particular problem (pharmacist, GP, nurse, NHS 111, etc.)
AiLeen provides empathetic, human-like support to guide you through any questions or concerns you may have.

We also use Accurx online forms to help you contact the surgery without needing to phone us.

What you can use Accurx for

Depending on the form options we enable, you may be able to:

Request medical advice for new or ongoing problems
Ask a non‑urgent administrative question
Request fit notes, letters, or referrals
Send information back to us that a clinician or receptionist has requested

Your request is sent securely to the practice and reviewed by our team. We then decide the most appropriate next step (e.g. text message reply, phone call, appointment, or advice).

How Accurx works

You complete a short online form about your query
The form is reviewed by our practice team within our usual working hours
We will contact you with the next steps, normally by text message (SMS) or phone

Important:

Accurx forms are not for emergencies.
For anything urgent or serious, call the practice, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
