About Exmoor Surgery

Overview

We are located on the first floor of St Charles’ Hospital on Exmoor Street. Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. Parking spaces are available outside the practice but attract local parking fee rates of £1.10p per hour. Limited paid parking is also available in St Charles Hospital.

Our team includes five GPs – Four male and a female doctor, two Practice nurses, Health care assistant, Phlebotomist as well as our Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, Reception and the Admin staff.

We offer a full general practice service and run extensive specialist clinics such as Minor surgery, Coil fitting, Ring Pessary, Child screening/immunisation services and Long term condition reviews.

At Exmoor Surgery, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We have a health visitor who visits the practice every 2 weeks.

We are welcoming new patients to join our family practice. Don’t worry about where you live because we don’t bother with your location as care is at the heart of our service. Sometimes busy or working late ? You can now book appointments online with the Team around times that suits you. You can also order repeat prescriptions and view your test results online.
