    On the day Patients can book an appointment on the day from 08:00 by calling 0208 962 5166 or by calling into the practice.
    Commuter Surgeries Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? We offer extended hours on Saturday’s between 08:00 – 13.00.
    Telephone Consultations For help and advice, call us on 0208 962 5166.
    Nurse Appointments The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.
    Book in Advance We reserve a few appointments for advance booking. Please phone the practice on 0208 962 5166 for more information.
    Out of Hours If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111.
    Online Services Patients can book appointments up to 20:00 weeks in advance and from 8pm the night before using our online booking system.

  • Prescriptions

    Prescriptions – How to order

    Online You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services or via our online form.
    In Person Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery.
    Post If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.
    Fax Fax your prescription request to 0208 962 5167.
    Pharmacy You may also arrange for a pharmacy of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf

Dr Oisin Brannick
Dr Oisin Brannick

Dr Oisin BrannickMBBS, MRCGP, PgDip in Practical Dermatology

Dr Brannick has been working in the practice since 2013 and became the Clinical lead at the start of  2017.  He qualified in Ireland in 2005 and also worked in Australia. He has a Diploma in Dermatology and is  qualified as GP Trainer. He is also a Macmillan GP. Dr Brannick is a board member of the West London CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group), where he leads on a number of areas; Medications Management & Prescribing, Health Promotion (Social Prescribing) , Palliative Care and Dermatology. Within the surgery his primary focus is on diabetic patients and patients over the age of 65. In relation to over 65's, he runs a comprehensive  extended clinic for Exmoor patients  in My Care My Way based in St Charles along with a specialist team for tailored care and holistic support. Please ask at reception if you would like to be reviewed in this clinic. He is a keen runner and tennis player.

Dr Nijhar qualified at Liverpool University and has worked in general practice for nearly thirty years, sixteen of which  have been in the North Kensington area. He was a single handed GP for eight years. He has also got a twenty year experience in treatment of obesity and travel medicine, having run a private clinic. His interests include gastroenterology and cardiovascular disease. Dr Nijhar works at the surgery on Mondays and Tuesdays from 0830 – 1830.

Dr Meena Nathan, joined Exmoor Surgery in Januray 2015 as a sessional GP. She currently works on Wednesday (0830 – 1430)  and Thursday (0830 – 1830). Dr Nathan has a wide range of interests that include, Dermatology, Minor Surgery and Joint injections, Women’s Health, Family Planning, Coil and implant contraception fitting/removal. She has previously worked as a GP partner and has supervised and taught GP registrars. Special interests Womens & Sexual Health, Minor Surgery and Dermatology. Dr Nathan is currently teaching medical students from our site.

Dr Asif Minhas MBBS, MRCGP

Dr Minhas joined the practice team in 2015 as a sessional GP covering the weekends. Having previously worked in several posts around West and SW London, he has a special interest in Diabetes, Paediatrics and Mental Health, in which he holds an Advanced Diploma.  Dr Minhas, is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, as well as having basic skills in conversational Arabic.  Dr Minhas is currently working on Saturdays (0800 – 1300) only.

Dr Rashid is a GP principal and partner at Exmoor Surgery currently on Sabbatical Leave. 

He has a strong background in Emergency Medicine before moving into General Practice. He specializes in Practice turnaround and was recruited by the largest GP practice provider in the UK and was promoted to become their Associate Medical Director, directly responsible for the clinical performance of over 40 GP surgeries across England.

His role incorporated: 
  • Performing Senior GP Appraisals and Personal Development plans for Locality and site Clinical Leads
  • Strategic, clinical and operational overview of the surgeries
  • Interviewing and recruitment of doctors,
  • Clinical Support
  • National level performance management and troubleshooting,
  • Quality Improvement
  • He has been a Specialist Advisor for the CQC since 2014.
 

Special interests Diabetes, Musculoskeletal Medicine, Nutrition, Minor Surgery, Clinical Management, Quality Improvement, Medication Management & Mental Health/Substance abuse.

Dr Rashid is currently on sabbatical leave working as a Senior Consultant in Mobile Healthcare in the Middle East.
